Bistro Staff at First Camp

Just outside Oskarshamn on Gunnarsö, you will find our First Camp destination. Here, our workplace is located in a lovely natural and archipelago idyll. Together with your colleagues in reception, cleaning, and the shop, you spread joy and care to the guests at the destination, making their stay as easy as possible.

Who are First Camp?
Our goal is clear - to become the world's leading camping chain. An important part of the experience for our guests is, of course, that they receive good and easily accessible food. We want to create lunches with that little extra and evenings with a touch of luxury – maybe you want to contribute by meeting the guests in our bistros?

What does the role entail?
As a Bistro Staff member, you will work in our bistro at the destination, where you become an important part of keeping our guests happy and satisfied. You are responsible for preparing and serving food according to our smooth concept and ensuring that beverages and cash handling work efficiently. It also includes taking care of dishes and cleaning to maintain a clean and pleasant environment. At some destinations, you may also participate in mood-enhancing shows and quizzes, contributing to an even more pleasant atmosphere for our guests.

Who are we looking for?
We prefer that you have experience from cafes, restaurants, or the fast-food industry. Education in hotel and restaurant management is a plus, but the most important thing for us is your personality!

Conditions
We are looking for employees for the summer season of 2025 with varying scope (20-40 h/week). Working hours may include early mornings, evenings, and weekends in accordance with the collective agreement of the hotel and restaurant union.
