We are now looking for a chef for restaurant Midgård for a summer substitute position.

Your Responsibilities

You will work as a chef at restaurant Midgård. As a chef, it is required that you have a genuine interest in preparing good and nutritious food, as well as a good knowledge of various special diets. The work involves tasks such as cooking, packing, hygiene, cleaning, dishwashing, as well as ordering, delivery control, and unpacking incoming goods. The work also involves following the routines and policies that apply to the kitchen, such as self-checks and HACCP.

The substitute position is scheduled for weeks 25-32. You will be scheduled every day of the week.

Your Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is a trained chef with a strong commitment to cooking and a very strong sense of customer service. You also need to have good knowledge of special diets. We consider it an advantage if you have previous experience in similar work.

As a chef, you have an important role in the kitchen where safety, accuracy, and service are paramount. We place great importance on your ability to show compliance and interest in the operation you work in. You are confident in your cooking skills and have an eye for detail. You enjoy collaborating with others and actively contribute to a workplace with a good atmosphere. You have good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing. You are computer literate and have experience working in systems and programs.
