YOUR FUTURE WORKPLACE

As a mobile receptionist, you will help our customers with temporary needs and work peaks, which will give you broad industry experience and the chance to try out working at a variety of workplaces. Our customers operate in several industries, so you may be staffing anything from a newly started design company to a successful law firm. In this role, you have a fantastic opportunity to build your CV, be inspired by different industries, and build a valuable network.

Who knows, maybe one of your assignments will lead to a permanent position at the company you have been booked to eventually. The opportunities are enormous!

YOUR ROLE

Your tasks will be within the framework of office service and may include, for example:

• Welcoming visitors in the reception
• Switchboard, telephone, and mail handling
• Preparing for meetings/events and ordering lunches and pastries
• Mail and courier handling
• Ensuring that the kitchen and office areas are clean and welcoming
• Contact with suppliers
• Administrative tasks

As a mobile receptionist, you have scheduled fixed times, but you are also ready to step in and help our customers at short notice when the need arises.

WHO ARE YOU?

• You want to gain valuable work experience in office service.
• You have previous experience in service, for example, from a store or restaurant.
• It is a merit if you have previously studied or worked abroad.
• You are unpretentious, flexible, and solution-oriented.

• You enjoy working at a fast pace with varied tasks.
• You strive to always go the extra mile.
• You have a curious mind and good social skills to quickly adapt to new situations and tasks.

WHAT DO WE OFFER?
