The specialized programs for anxiety disorders, depression, and PTSD at Psychiatry Sydväst are located at Karolinska University Hospital Huddinge in Flemingsberg, in the same building as our emergency reception, clinic departments, and a large part of outpatient care.

We are now in an exciting phase of expanding our operations and want to welcome a new specialist doctor to our well-functioning team. The unit offers in-depth diagnostics and time-limited, evidence-based treatment of depression, anxiety disorders, and PTSD. The unit has very good access to evidence-based psychological treatment. We are constantly developing new working methods and conducting treatment research. The unit is currently staffed by 3-4 specialist doctors, several ST and junior doctors, as well as psychologists, nurses, rehabilitation coordinators, case managers, counselors, and medical secretaries. All treatment is based on regional care programs and SLSO's care processes, with patient-centered care in focus.

Qualifications

Requirements: Specialist doctor in psychiatry with an interest in and experience with patients with depression, anxiety disorders, and PTSD.

Personal qualities: Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability. You want to work based on evidence and enjoy working both independently and in a team surrounded by competent colleagues from different professional groups. You have a holistic view of the patient and the operation, are flexible, helpful, solution- and result-oriented. Research experience is advantageous.

We offer wellness hours, a wellness grant of 5000 SEK/year, and flextime within the agreement.
