As a service advisor, you will be the face outward and together with the rest of the team, you will be responsible for delivering the sharpest customer experience from the first moment. You take on the challenge of delivering with such quality that customers will return next time as well.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
• Provide technical advice and support to customers regarding our products/services.
• Plan and coordinate service actions and follow up on ongoing cases.
• Communicate effectively with both customers and internal departments to ensure that all inquiries are resolved in the best possible way.
• Document and report all customer inquiries according to our procedures.
• The work will mainly be carried out in Lidköping, but Vara may also be involved.

Your profile:

To thrive and fit into the role, you enjoy being a key figure in solving daily operations. You know that you can handle a sometimes high pace in a calm way and you can prioritize. It is an advantage if you have experience in the automotive industry and a technical interest, but your personal qualities weigh more. You are orderly and driven, and above all, you are passionate about providing excellent service.

You have an easy time expressing yourself in Swedish both verbally and in writing. A B driver's license is required.
