We are looking for a dedicated and responsible night receptionist

As a night receptionist, you will be the face of the hotel and responsible for ensuring guests have a safe and smooth stay during the night hours.

Job duties:

• Handling check-in and check-out of guests, payments, and cash handling
• Bookings, answering phone calls and emails
• Administrative tasks
• Responsible for fire and safety during the night

The position involves night shifts and weekend work.

Qualifications:

• Experience in the hotel industry, preferably as a receptionist or similar role
• Previous experience in other service-related jobs
• Education in hotel and tourism is a plus
• Good knowledge of various digital tools and systems
• Knowledge of Opera, Cenium, Hotsoft, Mews, HMS or similar booking systems is a plus
• Must have a clean record
• Comfortable working alone
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
