As an IT and system architect at CIKO, you play a key role in designing and building new IT solutions from scratch, tailored to meet the specific needs of transition organizations. You get to combine strategic work with operational system development. We see that you have a great responsibility to implement both our strategic and technical IT vision. In the role, you work on designing and developing several specific systems. You ensure that the systems are scalable and that infrastructure and technological choices work together to support the goals of the business. Your collaboration is close with the IT manager but also with product owners and development teams to ensure implementation.

In the role, you will:

• Lead the work with system architecture: Take full responsibility for system design, security, and scalability together with CIKO's IT manager and product owners.
• Build the solutions of the future: Develop a new modern business system and an architecture adapted to the transition industry.
• Work closely with product owners and development teams: Work closely with key individuals to transform business goals into effective IT solutions that help shape the organization's future.

• Has at least 5 years of experience as a system architect and experience in building large, complex, custom IT systems in technical environments.
• Is an innovative doer with solid technical expertise, especially in .NET and SQL and other relevant systems.
• Is communicative, brave, and stress-resistant. You dare to make decisions and thrive in a dynamic environment.
• Has the ability to combine a strategic holistic view with an operational perspective.
• Relevant academic education.
• Speaks and writes fluent Swedish.
