About us

Capio ASIH specializes in providing home care to patients in need of advanced medical interventions. Like in a hospital, but at home.

Our patients receive assistance with medication management, symptom relief, intravenous drips, blood transfusions, and advice on daily living aids. The largest patient groups are palliative patients and patients undergoing advanced cancer treatment.

As a rule, we meet our patients once a week - during their weekly visits where we assess their condition together with the patient/family.

Your role

As a specialist doctor at Capio ASiH Sollentuna, you will work closely with other specialists and have the overall medical responsibility for the patients. You will be supported by a unit manager and experienced nurses, nursing assistants, and paramedical staff.

As a doctor, you have a leading role in the team when determining the direction of care and establishing individual care plans. The work requires great collaboration skills (between different professions within the team and with other healthcare providers). Flexibility is valued, but you also have a great opportunity to influence how the workday is organized. There is also the possibility, upon request, to vary your work by rotating between ASiH activities and inpatient care.

As a specialist doctor, you have a leading role in the team when shaping the care and establishing individual care plans. The work requires great collaboration skills. We document in the TakeCare journal system. Working hours are scheduled on weekdays from 08:00 to 16:30 with on-call duty.

About you

Suitable specialization in geriatrics, oncology, general medicine, or internal medicine, preferably with experience in palliative care (ASiH/SPSV). Additional specialization in palliative medicine is highly advantageous, requirement for a B driver's license.
