We are a girl and a boy, both 5 years old, looking for assistants to join our newly started team in Avesta. In our free time, we enjoy crafting, reading, or listening to a book. Our needs mainly involve physical tasks, which can sometimes be heavy, so we are looking for someone with good physical strength.

We can communicate our needs, but it still requires being attentive and able to read body language. Most things we learn together, as the needs, just like for everyone else, are individual. We prefer if you have experience in a similar role, but the most important thing is, of course, the personal chemistry.

It is important to us that our assistants are happy, imaginative, and take their own initiatives so that we can have a fun and meaningful everyday life with people we can rely on.

During the day, we attend preschool, and our assistants accompany us there. We would like our assistants to encourage play with our peers and maintain a low profile in between.

We are looking for 8 assistants working 90%. Shifts are scheduled during the day, evening, and awake night.

Preferred:

Experience working in a family

Experience in healthcare

Requirements:

Driver's license

Proficiency in the Swedish language, both spoken and written

Extract from the criminal record to work with children under LSS
