Description

The Technical Department is seeking a person to join our operational/on-call group for water supply, district heating, as well as street & park operations.

The work includes process monitoring, process optimization, follow-up, preventive maintenance, repairs, sampling and analysis work, as well as operation and maintenance of production, distribution, and purification facilities within the relevant areas. You will also carry out minor modifications and participate in investment projects. On-call duty is included.

Qualifications

It is advantageous if you have a BE driver's license, C driver's license, work experience as an installation/industrial electrician, education or previous experience in automation, or previous experience working in an operational group within the industry or municipal technical operations focusing on facilities and networks. Strongly advantageous is previous experience in the operation and maintenance of district heating plants and purification plants with a good understanding of mechanical maintenance and operation.

Personal suitability is of great importance.

As we work in a service operation, it is important that you have a very good service attitude and a positive approach to handling challenges that may arise in a business that operates around the clock, regardless of weather conditions.

To succeed in the position, good social skills, strong commitment, creativity, and good analytical skills are required. You should be willing to participate and collaborate with other personnel in technical operations and with contractors when necessary.

You should have good technical skills and be comfortable working on a computer as a large part of the technical facilities are remotely monitored and troubleshot via computer. We prefer if you have completed training such as Fall Protection, Instructed Person - Non-electrical work, and Hot Work.
