Business Description

Tallbackaskolan is a primary school (F-6) with approximately 350 students, including an after-school department and two preparatory classes, located in a residential area between Gällivare and Malmberget. Preschools are also part of the service.

Job Responsibilities

Main tasks: Property maintenance, including reporting faults to our property owner.

Repair and replace broken inventory, if necessary also computer equipment. Transport to, from, and between schools/preschools. Systematic fire protection work, Lock and alarm systems, Orders, delivery reception, and invoice verification. We are looking for someone who has a great interest in working in a service-oriented manner and wants to contribute to creating a good and safe working environment. You are part of the operation and often come into contact with children, students, educators, and other employees within the schools/preschools. Therefore, we place great emphasis on personal suitability.

Education

3-year vocational technical education or other education/experience deemed equivalent. Experience in caretaking, craftsmanship, or similar work. As a person, you can take great personal responsibility, are quality conscious, and have the desire and ability to find new solutions when needed. You are flexible and have good organizational skills. Last but not least, you need to have good physical fitness and mobility as the work sometimes involves heavy lifting and climbing ladders. Extract from the criminal records register must be presented upon employment.

Working Hours/Duration
Full-time, Permanent employment.
Probationary employment will be applied.
