Technician

In the role of technician, you will travel, plan, and distribute the daily work in the Kiruna, Gällivare, and Piteå areas. You will be in contact with our customers and partners in this area. You will also, like our other technicians, perform repairs and maintenance of mechanical equipment with mobile machining at our customers in the industrial sector. You will start from our facility in Kiruna and travel out to our customers from there. You will have daily contact with our project manager and sales department to get help with planning and quote compilation.

Regular working hours are weekdays from 07:00 to 16:00. However, the position may involve occasional travel with overnight stays, requiring flexibility. Metalock Engineering is a global company and we are present in several countries.

Requirements

Experience as a service technician, preferably in the industrial sector

Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Driving license B

Meritorious

Established network within the local industry

Experience in turning and milling

Experience in mobile machining

Machine processing

Hot work/CPR

Forklift/Crane license
