Are you a passionate web expert with an eye for detail and a strong ability to drive digital development forward? We are now looking for a Website Manager for a temporary consultancy assignment of 12 months with one of our clients – a leading international company with a high pace of innovation and a global brand.

In this dynamic role, you will be a key player in the web team, combining strategic thinking with operational work to strengthen the company's digital presence and contribute to achieving their marketing goals.

Your main responsibilities

• Manage the daily operation of the company's website and ensure an exceptional user experience.
• Identify and solve technical issues, including security risks and performance optimization.
• Lead and participate in projects to further develop the website's functionality and design.
• Collaborate closely with IT, marketing, and other stakeholders to implement improvements and standardize workflows.
• Contribute to major initiatives such as website transformations and accessibility improvements, with a focus on innovation and future-proofing.
• Provide advice on best practices in UX, web technology, and analytics tools.

Your background and skills

• 5-8 years of experience in leading and developing websites, preferably for international companies with complex organizations.
• Solid experience in project management and close collaboration with IT departments and marketing teams.
• Experience working with global platforms, preferably Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Good technical understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics and Siteimprove is a plus.
