Who are we looking for?

We are currently seeking a restaurant employee with restaurant experience who enjoys working in a team where service and teamwork are central. With enthusiasm, you will deliver outstanding service to all guests of the restaurant.

The position includes tasks such as food and beverage preparation and service, cash handling, assisting in the cold kitchen and catering deliveries, as well as keeping the workplace and restaurant clean and tidy.

About Restaurang Hachi

Restaurang Hachi started in 2007 under the name Kojis Sushi&te in Luleå AB and changed ownership in 2015. The new owners had previously interned at Kojis in 2007 and worked part-time at Kojis during school hours. He started working full-time at Kojis in 2011 and worked as a sushi chef for several years before taking over the business in 2015. In 2022, we changed the name of the restaurant from SUSHI&TE to HACHI.

The working hours are mostly scheduled Monday to Friday 10-14 and 16-21, with evening work occasionally required.

Who are you?

• You are over 18 years old

• You have previous experience in café and cashier work

• You can operate an espresso machine

• You enjoy planning and organizing your work to make it efficient

• With your positivity, you take responsibility for maintaining a high level of service throughout the day

• Good service is important to you, where a smile and eye contact are a given

• You see the importance of satisfied guests, are positive, stress-resistant, and find it easy to collaborate and communicate

• You can take initiative and are flexible in your professional role

• You speak and write Swedish

• It is a plus if you have previous experience working with buffets
