Personal Assistant Wanted for 10-Year-Old Girl in Älvsjö

Hello,

Here I am, a 10-year-old happy girl living in Älvsjö with my family, a short walk from the commuter train station.

I enjoy when things happen around me. To ensure we get along well, it is important that you have a strong commitment and patience, and are calm and secure in yourself. It is also crucial that you are attentive and can interpret my signals, as I do not have verbal language. I prefer you to be a woman and speak and write Swedish fluently. I appreciate if you are creative and flexible. It is advantageous if you have a positive outlook on life and take initiatives. I want you to have previous experience with children with disabilities. It is also a plus if you have experience with tube feeding/button on the stomach and feeding pump.

In my spare time, I go on outings with my family, participate in Parasport activities, go swimming, etc. It is important that you can accompany me and my family on trips, both within and outside of Sweden, as your workplace is wherever I am. Since it takes time to get to know each other and build a secure relationship, I want you to consider working with me as long-term.

Currently, I am looking for someone who can work mostly evenings, weekends, and nights.

The position includes a shared responsibility for staffing with a few colleagues.

If you are considered for the position, I would like you to have at least 2 references who can describe how you are as an assistant.

You will be employed by Assistans i Balans, which means you will receive close and personal management, supervision, training, and a good introduction.

To be employed, you must be able to present a extract from the police's criminal record - you can request this free of charge from the police's website.

Salary: Individual salary setting. Agreement Fremia/Kommunal
