Service Technician – Nordhem Värme AB

We are looking for a driven and service-oriented service technician who wants to be part of our successful team!

About the position

As a service technician at Nordhem, you have an important role in delivering quality and service to our customers. You will work with our exclusive bathroom products – primarily towel warmers and bathtubs – and be responsible for:

• Planning your trips, booking customer visits and hotels.
• Carrying out warranty claims and repairs for our end customers.
• Installing and mounting towel warmers, bathtubs, bathroom furniture, etc.
• Handling simple wallpapering and assembly in our retailers' showrooms.
• Checking and classifying returned products.

Work area

The work is based at our warehouse in Särö, but if you live further away within Western Sweden, we are happy to adjust the role. Travel throughout Sweden is included, averaging two overnight stays per week. In hard-to-reach geographical areas, we collaborate with local craftsmen.

As this position is sought to replace our current service technician who is retiring, there will be a thorough handover and transition.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is:

• Determined and meticulous with knowledge of plumbing and electrical work.
• Experienced in the service technician field.
• Documented knowledgeable in Safe Water, Hot Work, and holds a B driver's license.
• Interested in technology with a structured and service-oriented work approach.
• Outgoing and comfortable working independently as well as taking on significant responsibility.
