We are growing and are now looking for an additional administrator/coordinator.
You will be the administrative assistant/coordinator of the organization. This means that you will work closely with other administrators/operations managers within the organization.
It is important that you have experience in scheduling within the care sector, preferably in supported living.
Requirements include previous work in healthcare, home care, or supported living.
You will also be responsible for staffing, documentation, and the daily operations of the organization. You will support our supported living assistants and follow up on our cases with social workers. You will perform checks and handle initial meetings with new clients. When needed, you may also step in and provide support as a supported living assistant.
Requirements for applicants:
- Experience in scheduling.
- Have worked as an administrator, coordinator, or similar within the supported living, home care, disability, or social psychiatry sector.
- You must have some form of healthcare education or knowledge of diagnoses/psychiatry.
- Fluent in advanced Swedish, both spoken and written.
- Good computer skills.
We are looking for someone who is: Social, cheerful, independent, responsible, flexible, cooperative, and has good communication skills. You are used to juggling multiple tasks and are stress-resistant, flexible, and solution-oriented.
You need to have the social skills to establish and maintain professional and excellent relationships with clients, relatives, social workers, colleagues, and collaborate with other contacts. The role may also involve stepping in as a supported living assistant when needed.
The position is part-time (50%) and based at our office near Globen.
A driver's license and car are desirable.
