Grönlunds Vocational Training in collaboration with Educational Services in Sweden AB is looking for another colleague to join our team in Nyköping!

We are seeking a meticulous and structured administrator responsible for the procurement and follow-up of placements for Workplace-Based Learning (APL) for our heavy machinery operator training in Nyköping.

You will be an important part of our team that works to deliver training within the framework of the Public Employment Service's labor market training for heavy machinery operators. The position is 50% and focuses on administration related to the heavy machinery operator training, APL (workplace-based learning), and preparatory measures.

Your tasks will primarily include:

• Ongoing registration, follow-up, and documentation in KA-web
• Ensuring that the training is conducted according to the agreement regarding administration and documentation requirements
• Administering and following up on APL placements
• Compiling materials for final reporting
• Calling and participating in training councils, taking minutes, and presenting statistics
• Maintaining close contact with APL companies to ensure quality and that educational goals are met

The position involves a lot of administration, contact with companies and participants regarding the training, as well as planning and execution for the APL periods.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in educational administration and working in KA-web
• Is used to handling multiple parallel processes and working in a structured manner
• Likes order and organization and has good communication skills both in writing and verbally
• Has experience from educational activities, preferably related to transport or construction

It is an advantage if you have previous experience with labor market training or collaboration with the business community regarding internship placements.
