Job Responsibilities

You will work as a customer service representative for one of our clients in Malmö. The job involves receiving calls, communicating via chat and email, and finding solutions to customers' problems. In the role of customer service representative, you will also work administratively in various systems. Together with your colleagues, you strive to achieve set goals, and to satisfy the customer, you need to have good collaboration skills. Here you will have the opportunity to develop and gain experience for the future!
