About the position – Independent and operational role

We are looking for a self-driven experienced technical operations manager with a background in the civil engineering industry, who wants to take a key role in our operational activities. The role is operational and means that you are the company's technical expert on-site. You plan, lead, and participate in the execution of our projects – from site preparation to completed playground. You are responsible for ensuring that technical drawings are followed, safety is adhered to, and that the delivery meets the highest quality standards. It is an independent role where you are our leading person in the field and are expected to work under your own responsibility while collaborating with our teams and external actors.

Responsibilities:

• Overall responsibility for the assembly, construction, and operation of playgrounds, training areas, and outdoor environments
• Technical leadership and execution of the construction of playgrounds and outdoor environments
• Planning of work efforts, time, and resources
• Perform practical work in earth and assembly according to drawings, safety standards, and customer requirements
• Operational leadership of assemblers and subcontractors on-site
• Operation and maintenance of machinery
• Contacts with clients, subcontractors, and colleagues
• Quality assurance and documentation

We are looking for someone who:

We are looking for a technically skilled, self-driven person with extensive experience from the industry who:

• Has at least 20 years of experience in civil engineering
• Has documented experience in assembling play, park, or training equipment
• Has experience with excavator work and machine operation (excavator, compact loader, vibra, etc.)
• Is accustomed to independent work, taking responsibility, and leading work, but is also a team player who is confident in leading work in the field.
• Is flexible and thrives in a role where each day can look different
• Enjoys working physically outdoors year-round
• Is a team player who is also confident in leading work in the field
• Masters Swedish, English, and Serbian in speech and writing
• Is meticulous, reliable, and has a high quality mindset
• Has a B driver's license (required)
• Meritorious: BE and/or C license, hot work, machine operator certificate, BAS-U, supervisory training
• Has training in hot work, machinery, safety, BAS-U, etc. (meritorious)
