Your role with us

At Årehus, you will play an important role in ensuring that our properties function optimally and that our tenants are satisfied. We own and manage residential and commercial properties, such as preschools, schools, elderly care homes, municipal institutions, health centers, and restaurants.

Examples of job responsibilities

• Be responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of our properties.
• Perform troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance.
• Handle fault reports and optimize facilities.
• Ensure that the internal and external environments of buildings are in good condition.
• Maintain ongoing customer contact with a high level of service.
• Participate in efficiency and improvement work.
• Be part of the property on-call team according to a rotating schedule.

You will be part of the property caretaker group and work closely with the operations manager, property manager, and property director to create a well-functioning and sustainable property management.

Your background

We are looking for someone who:

• Has education as an operations technician, property technician, property caretaker, or energy technician
• Has previous experience in property maintenance or property technology
• Has competence in HVAC and control technology (meritorious)
• Is self-sufficient, meticulous, and solution-oriented
• Thrives in a role with many contact points and a high sense of service
• Has good computer skills and communication abilities
• Has a B driver's license (required)
