Due to the upcoming summer vacations, we are looking for summer substitutes.

Your employment is as a Service Employee, and we are looking for someone who wants an exciting, meaningful, and flexible job.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

A service employee is tasked with closely collaborating with the hospital's operations to enable healthcare staff to focus on care-related tasks and relieve their workload. It is a varied job where the main focus is to provide the best possible service to the healthcare staff, who in turn can focus on the patient. As a service employee, you either work directly with healthcare personnel performing various tasks such as cleaning patient rooms, serving meals, and replenishing supplies, or you work in one of our department kitchens where we prepare and serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner to our patients. We currently work with Cook and Chill as a production method at the hospital, which means that tray setting and food reheating occur in the department kitchen.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is service-oriented and at least 18 years old with completed upper secondary education.

You have a high degree of flexibility and are solution-focused.

Since the job involves being placed in one or more care departments, you need to take responsibility for your tasks by planning, organizing, and prioritizing your work effectively.

To provide good service, it is important that you have a good attitude in collaboration with others. You should also be able to read, write, speak, and understand Swedish to perform tasks in a patient-safe manner. The job requires good physical fitness as it is very mobile and involves some lifting. You have excellent computer skills and handle documentation and orders digitally.

As a person, you are social and outgoing, and being involved and interested in shaping your own and the group's work is a given for you. You are responsible, have a desire to learn different areas within the service field, and thrive in a job that includes many varied tasks. Planning and flexibly switching between different work moments and tasks feels natural to you. You strive to do careful work where satisfied patients and customers are the focus. Collaboration and good relationships with your colleagues are important to you in your daily life.

Experience from working in a healthcare environment with care-related tasks or restaurant jobs with customer contact or similar service jobs is an advantage.

OTHER

Working hours are scheduled during the day between 07:00-18:00. Weekend work is included.

Employment occurs continuously, and positions may be filled before the application period has ended.

Scope: 0-100%, summer substitute 100%, as well as longer substitutes and hourly employment as needed.
