We at Visby Airport are now looking for a maintenance technician for ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting of facilities, buildings, and technology at the airport. There are good development opportunities here, and the airport is currently undergoing exciting changes in many areas. What does the role entail? With us, you will be part of the Operations and Maintenance department – the team that ensures the airport's infrastructure functions every day, all year round. Together with dedicated colleagues in property, land, vehicles, electrical, and technology, you will work as one of our maintenance technicians with both maintenance and operation of the airport's buildings and facilities. You will also play an important role in supporting our operational specialists, where your contribution makes a real difference in an exciting and varied work environment.

You will work with, among other things: 

• Preventive and periodic maintenance.
• Improvement work.
• Emergency troubleshooting

Who are you? You should be practically oriented with experience in property, land, or technical maintenance and have a good safety mindset.

We are looking for someone who has: 

• Experience in property management, earthworks, vehicle maintenance, or other maintenance technical assignments.
• The ability to interpret technical drawings and documentation as well as report actions in software-based systems.
• A valid driver's license (B) to flexibly move around the airport and outside if necessary. Good knowledge of spoken and written Swedish and English to read regulations and manuals.

It is an advantage if you have experience or knowledge in any of the following areas:

• Airport-related work experience
• Knowledge of energy efficiency and sustainability aspects
• Administrative experience in property or facility management
