Group Manager Property Services Gotland

You will be responsible for the management of our maintenance staff in Gotland and you will be the natural contact person for the delivery manager. The work is varied and social. You work independently and have great freedom to solve the challenges you face in your work. The team consists of 13 employees and seasonal staff.

Make a difference with us

As a group manager in Property Services, you will have a managerial and leadership role as well as personnel responsibility in a team that handles both internal and external property maintenance and property repairs. Your role will involve planning and leading daily operations. Another important part of your work will be budget and forecasting tasks, as well as ensuring that we meet set goals regarding economy, customer, and employee satisfaction. Furthermore, you will be responsible for monitoring operations, both towards customers and internally. You will also work with contacts in housing cooperatives and with commercial clients. In your role as a manager and leader, you will be responsible for inspiring and creating engagement among employees and providing them with the conditions for their development. You will also have a responsibility for the work environment. As a group manager, you will collaborate closely with other group managers in the area.

You contribute with your expertise and engagement

You have an academic education from a university or equivalent experience gained through many years of work experience. We are looking for someone who is interested in both employees and customers and who has the ability to see and meet our customers' needs as well as to develop and support our employees. We place great emphasis on taking care of our employees and ensuring that our customers perceive us as professional in our delivery. It is important that you are social and have the ability to create an open and trusting dialogue both internally and externally. You are a driving and clear leader who works in a businesslike manner.

Knowledge of plant care and experience in leadership are advantageous.

The position requires a B driver's license.
