The tasks consist of internal and external property maintenance, repairs, recycling, and maintenance of the facility's inventory, as well as maintaining condition and status. The caretaker role involves hands-on work in an outdoor environment and varied assignments.

We are looking for someone who is a trained property caretaker or has another equivalent education, or alternatively long experience in the field.

It is desirable that you have good competence in maintenance and operational issues at a hotel facility and/or camping. You will be responsible for; ensuring that the area is nice and well-organized, that all our accommodation units are fully functional, that our service buildings are fully functional, maintenance of the pool facility, repairing what is needed, and managing our recycling.

Working hours include day shifts and vary between 7 AM and 7 PM. Weekends and weekdays primarily during June to August. Salary according to collective agreement. Start preferably in early April, until mid-September.
