Swebygg Gruppen is now looking for a Project Manager in Norrbotten.

Background for the request:

The region is in an expansive phase with many projects that need to be initiated, and we need to strengthen our group with project managers.

IT/MT requires one (1) to two (2) highly experienced project managers who can lead projects from the initial phase of needs gathering, feasibility study to final delivery.

The assignment:

• Lead projects that develop and digitalize healthcare.
• Plan, structure, and manage the project's activities.
• Gather and engage people while ensuring good collaboration and creating a clear common goal.
• Manage budget, timeline, and quality while nurturing the team's motivation and energy.

Requirements:

• At least 10 years of experience in project management.
• Documented experience from assignments within regional healthcare operations in the last 3 years. Regional healthcare operations refer to, for example, Region Norrbotten or another region working with healthcare in Sweden.
• Proactive personality who can lead themselves within their work area.
• Very good administrative skills for documentation, planning, and management.
• Excellent ability to handle different personalities to unite and motivate.
• Very good ability to communicate verbally and in writing in Swedish.

Location: Remote work is accepted. The assignment can also be performed on-site in Luleå.
