Coop is the green brand in the industry, multiple award-winning for its sustainability profile and building for the most efficient and sustainable supply flows of the future. The terminal in Eskilstuna has won the award for Logistics Establishment of the Year 2022 and will be one of Europe's largest fully automated terminals for food.

Main Responsibilities

As a delivery controller, you will have a key role where you, together with your colleagues, coordinate the management of trucks and train trailers at the terminal in Eskilstuna. The main goal is to deliver goods to stores according to Coop Logistics' objectives. The role is broad and includes, among other things, the following responsibilities:

• Plan for outgoing goods at the terminal and ensure optimal portal allocation
• Ensure that freight and transport documentation is correct
• Ensure good communication with dockmasters and drivers and inform dockmasters if pallets need to be moved between trucks
• Be the contact point for transport planning, and if necessary, transshipment terminals and carriers.
• Communicate with store support and stores when needed and assist with help for missing goods

The position is primarily a summer employment that extends from May 12 to July 25. Working hours are scheduled from Sunday to Thursday and are night shifts from 23:30 to 07:00.

It is advantageous if you have experience in process and business development as well as experience in business management with KPI monitoring. You follow work methods and goals and share your knowledge and experiences. Your language skills are very good both verbally and in writing in Swedish and English. It is also important that you have good computer skills, and we would like you to have knowledge of systems such as SAP.

This is part of Libera's rental operations where the assignment period initially extends over the summer starting in May and running until the end of August. There is a possibility of extending the assignment.
