Do you want to work in a family-oriented environment where people come first? We are now looking for a self-driven and meticulous logistics and order administrator to join our team in Nyköping!

The position is a temporary sick leave cover (fixed-term), part-time for at least 6 months with the possibility of extension.

About the position: As a logistics and order administrator, you play a central role in the flow of goods and information. You will handle freight bookings, order registrations, inventory inflow and outflow, and reporting to our parent company. The work requires both precision and independence – while being an important part of our small team where we support each other and help out with what is needed. Responsibilities include:

  • Book freights and manage delivery schedules
  • Register incoming and outgoing orders
  • Follow up and report inventory balances
  • Continuously provide production with planning materials
  • Handle invoices and reporting to the parent company
  • Conduct visual inspections of outgoing goods

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has at least 4 years of experience as an administrator
  • Is computer literate and proficient in Outlook, Excel, Visma or similar systems
  • Can communicate well in Swedish & English, both spoken and written
  • Is organized, solution-oriented, and highly accurate
  • Is proactive and curious – you enjoy learning new things

Meritorious:

  • Experience in order and inventory management within manufacturing industries
  • Familiarity with working in an international environment and with different cultures

Other:

  • Working hours: 08:00–16:00
  • Location: Nyköping
  • Employment type: Temporary sick leave cover (fixed-term), part-time for at least 6 months with the possibility of extension.

  • Other: We are closed for summer during weeks 29, 30, 31.
