CityMail delivers mail and packages to approximately 6 million individuals and businesses in Sweden. We are now looking for more colleagues in Strängnäs.

We are looking for someone who:

• is at least 18 years old
• has basic knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form
• has a B driver's license
• enjoys physical work
• is comfortable operating vehicles for which you have a license (bicycle, moped, car)

It is advantageous if you have experience from similar work, but for us, your background is not the most important. We value your commitment, attention to detail, and attitude towards work, and therefore place great importance on your personal qualities during the recruitment process.

What does a workday look like?

In this role, you typically start your shift sometime between 10 AM and 2 PM. The work shift lasts 4-6 hours depending on the amount of mail and packages you need to deliver for the day.

• You start your shift at the distribution unit where you pick up your vehicle for the day along with the corresponding letters and packages. We primarily use electric bicycles for delivery, but there may also be delivery rounds with mopeds, cars, or regular bicycles.

• After that, you will deliver within the area.

• Once all letters and packages have been delivered, you return to the office and finish your shift.

Employment type

The position is a so-called hourly employment where each work shift constitutes a specific fixed-term employment. There is also a good chance of getting a summer substitute position.

You will be scheduled for shifts as needed.

Salary

Fixed hourly or monthly salary according to collective agreement. A salary scale applies for both permanent and hourly employees. The starting salary/hour is 143.53 (including 12% vacation pay), which corresponds to 128.15 SEK (excluding 12% vacation pay).
