Job Description & Offer
We are looking for someone who wants a role that combines warehouse work with administrative tasks. At Ahlsell, you will be part of a small and close-knit team where you will collectively handle all functions required to run a warehouse in its entirety. Here you will have the chance to work with more than just order picking and packing – customer service is a central part of the role.
Your responsibilities include:
- Checking incoming goods and ensuring they match delivery notes.
- Unloading and loading trucks.
- Forklift driving.
- Order picking and inventory management.
- Handling intermediate storage – this means that Ahlsell stores the customer’s goods until they are to be shipped out. In these cases, you are responsible for maintaining contact with customers and salespeople via email and phone.

To thrive in this role, it is important that you are meticulous, structured, and have a keen eye for detail. You have the ability to analyze and think long-term, which means you always have a consistent and systematic approach to your work. Since the job involves careful checks and administration, it is required that you have good computer skills and can maintain a high pace without losing focus.
The role also involves a lot of customer contact, both via email, phone, and in-person meetings, which requires you to be service-oriented, communicative, and attentive. Your ability to create and maintain good relationships is a key factor for success.

The role requires you to be proactive and confident in making your own decisions. You need to be stress-resistant, flexible, and able to handle rapid changes while working efficiently, even under time pressure.
Requirements:
- Experience in similar work and forklift certification.
- Fluent Swedish in speech and writing.
- Driver's license B.
- Forklift certification A+B and forklift experience.
