Forklift Drivers Wanted for Warehouse Work in Strängnäs

Are you a student with at least 50% study load, enjoy physical work, and have an interest in warehouse operations and forklift driving? Then this job might be for you!

We are currently looking for forklift drivers to start in the spring for our client, who has a large warehouse in Strängnäs. The work includes typical warehouse tasks such as:

• Picking, packing, and loading goods for delivery - forklift driving.
• Carefully following safety and work instructions.
• Working to develop and improve logistics operations.

This is a consultancy assignment, which means you will be employed through StudentConsulting but work as a consultant for our client in Strängnäs. The position is part-time, and you are expected to work 2-3 shifts per week between Monday and Friday. The shifts will primarily be scheduled between Monday and Friday, but weekend work may occur. The client operates shifts from 7 AM to 4 PM and 4 PM to 1 AM.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Requirements:

• Forklift license A and B1-B4
• You have another main occupation or studies of at least 50% for at least 1 year ahead and can verify this.
• Clean criminal record; checks will be conducted during the recruitment process.
• Previous work experience, especially in warehouse work or the food industry, is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form.
• Good physical condition as the job involves physical tasks and being active throughout the shift.
• Live near Strängnäs and be able to commute to and from the area during early mornings and late evenings.
