Västanhede is a Swedish family-owned group based in Dalarna. The group consists of ten companies of varying sizes and in different industries, but the core business is in passenger transport where our vision is to be one of Sweden's safest transport companies where the journey is as important as the destination.

About the Role

As a service driver at Västanhede, you meet people of different ages with various needs; we perform trips within schools, transportation services, and medical transports. We assist passengers in and out of vehicles, use aids such as stair climbers or stretchers for certain trips, and our traffic runs around the clock. Our journeys take us within and outside the county's borders, from private homes to healthcare facilities and schools. As a driver, you take great responsibility for your passengers, drive vehicles in a traffic-safe manner, and it is a given that you follow the value: the equal value of all people!

We are looking for someone who

To succeed in the role of service driver, it is a requirement that you have a taxi license, are service-oriented and social, and have the ability to meet people where they are in life, from children to retirees. Since we use aids such as stair climbers and stretchers, it requires that you enjoy being active in your work and are not afraid to pitch in where needed. To perform driving assignments, training and driver certification will take place, which requires that you master Swedish well in both spoken and written form.

• Salary: fixed monthly or hourly wage
