Audika is part of Demant and we are Sweden's leading private player in hearing care with over 35 hearing clinics in southern and central Sweden and about 200 employees.

For us, customer service is a central and important part of our business. In our Contact Center, about 15 people of various ages and with mixed experience and skills work together. What we have in common is that we enjoy informing and helping our customers while having the opportunity to develop together and contribute to the company's continuous improvement. Previous experience in customer service, reception, or similar tasks is a clear advantage.

Does this also apply to you?
- High school education and some years of work experience in service or sales?
- Experience working with phone and computer as tools?
- Ability to collaborate and take responsibility while enjoying performing tasks both independently and in a team?
- Fluent in speaking and writing Swedish.
- Our corporate language is English.

What do we offer?
