Job Description:

Our client is an exciting global company located in the northern parts of Stockholm, and we are now looking for reinforcement for their accounts payable team for a temporary position. You will be responsible for the accounts payable flow for the Swedish market and become part of a team of 7 people handling customer and supplier accounts for the Nordic countries. You will manage everything from invoice registration to reserve handling and participation in the year-end closing work.

Main Responsibilities:

• Invoice registration
• Payment management
• Cost allocation in close dialogue with the operations team
• Reconciliations
• Investigations

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with good experience in the entire accounts payable flow within a larger organization. Furthermore, you have a good understanding of accounting and can handle more complex accounting issues that arise in connection with the supplier flows. As a person, you are fearless and communicative. You have an eye for detail and can see improvement potential in processes. Additionally, you are familiar with systems and have good experience working in Excel. Since this is an international organization, we expect you to express yourself well in both spoken and written Swedish and English.

What we offer

We offer a temporary position where you will be employed for 6 months with our client. You will become part of an exciting international organization in a dynamic environment. The expected start date is immediate. The position is full-time, and the majority of the time you will work from the client's office in Upplands Väsby.
