Your new role as Agency Client Partner

As an Agency Client Partner, you are the key contact between our agency and our clients. You build strong relationships, accurately understand the needs of clients, and work with your team to achieve great results together. For this role, you need a sense for strategies, can manage projects well, and have a good understanding of marketing.

Your tasks:

You regularly speak with agencies and clients – over the phone, via email, video calls, or through LinkedIn.
You take the initiative and call clients yourself.
You communicate confidently in German and English.
You are the first point of contact for all inquiries.
You maintain your contacts with agencies and clients.

Your training

Before you start, there is an intensive training program. This usually lasts three weeks and is conducted in English. During this time, you will learn everything you need for your job:

You will become part of our team in Portugal.
You will get to know the necessary computer programs.
You will learn everything about the products and services.
You will learn how to advise and support clients well.
You will gain insight into the daily work routine and create parts of your own training.
