We are looking for an Account Manager at Westra Security. Your main task is to drive the sales of our alarm central services towards both new and existing partners as well as corporate clients. The role involves significant responsibility but also great opportunities for the right person.

The company's range of services varies, and you will work closely with our Partner Support and technical department, which provides you with good support in addressing customer needs and ensuring a high level of service and delivery. You will be a key person where you, together with the Business Area Manager, are responsible for all sales and have the whole of Sweden as your market.

The role offers a varied work month with tasks that include everything from proactive sales, new customer meetings, to relationship building and upselling towards our over 500 existing customers and partners. Your workplace is mobile, and you are where the customers are. You will mostly be out with customers or working from home, approximately 3–4 days per month you are expected to be at our headquarters in Arvika.

Preferred residence is the Stockholm area or Mälardalen, but for the right person, the location is less important.

Responsibilities

  • Active and proactive sales to both new customers and partners (B2B sales only).
  • Upselling and relationship building with existing customers and partners.
  • Support partners in larger deals and public procurements.
  • Regularly work with sales and marketing activities to promote our services and brand.
  • Contribute to the development of new services and products that strengthen our offering.
  • Maintain and develop long-term relationships with both customers, partners, and suppliers.
  • Work towards set sales goals and KPIs.
  • Close collaboration with our Partner Support team to ensure smooth processes and high customer satisfaction.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with a strong business drive and a passion for sales and building long-term customer relationships. You have the ability to be self-driven, results-oriented, and structured while also being curious, social, and communicative. In other words, you are a skilled salesperson.

Qualifications:

  • Several years of experience in sales within the security industry.
  • Ability to independently drive the sales process from initial contact to delivery.
  • Understand what a needs analysis is and be able to explain what differentiates a good salesperson from a less effective one.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
  • Basic technical understanding of security technology.
  • A curious, innovative, and creative approach to work. We are not interested in doing things like everyone else, and therefore you need to have a similar mindset.
  • Valid driver's license (B).
