Lindeskolan is hiring teachers in Swedish and English

Lindeskolan, Lindesberg's gymnasium, offers a varied and broad range of both university preparatory and vocational programs. We have approximately 900 students distributed across 11 national programs and various IM programs. Our sports college provides excellent conditions for both elite sports endeavors and opportunities for effective studies in all national programs.

Lindeskolan has a high percentage of qualified teachers in all subjects. The staff is divided into different work teams linked to the various programs at the school. The upper secondary school is divided into four school units, each with a responsible principal, and has a well-functioning student health team, with all professions represented. There are ongoing initiatives regarding facilities, technical platforms, and the development of pedagogical work at the school.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Lindeskolan is seeking teachers in Swedish and English. The role includes mentorship for a group of students. You will be part of a program work team alongside other colleagues. We see you as an important and driving force to develop both the program and the subject with students in focus and in collaboration with colleagues. Regular teaching duties are included.

QUALIFICATIONS

Certified/qualified teacher in Swedish and English for upper secondary school. Experience in pedagogical work is an advantage. Depending on the qualifications and/or wishes of the applicants, there may be an opportunity to partially shape the content of the position. You have good collaboration skills, take initiative, and have the desire and ability to meet and support each student in their learning based on their knowledge level. You are a driven person who thrives on challenges and has an interest in renewal and development. Great consideration is given to personal suitability. Good IT skills, primarily in Windows and the Office suite.
