Fredriksberg School is an F-6 school with about 165 students and two leisure centers, Biet and Blomman. It is a school where all students can thrive. About the Work as a Leisure Educator

We are looking for more staff for the leisure center. In the role of leisure educator, you will be part of an engaged team that constantly strives for development within the leisure activities. Our conditions are based on close collaboration with the school's staff, student health, and management team. The leisure staff has scheduled planning together every week with the school's management resource. Scheduled transition time also gives the leisure staff the opportunity to daily adjust, organize, and reflect together with their colleagues. In addition to space for individual planning, team planning, and transition time, the leisure staff participates in municipal training programs based on current research and the leisure center's curriculum. We offer staff guidance from the school's student health as needed.

Qualifications

As an educator, you also have a good ability to create and maintain relationships primarily with students and colleagues but also with their guardians.

You are familiar with the curriculum and other governing documents and have the ability to translate theory into practice. You have a good ability to communicate in Swedish, both orally and in writing. You have the ability and drive to actively participate in the school's change work in relation to the school's development plan. We work based on the competent student where influence and participation are important.

We are looking for someone who is positive, cheerful, secure, and enthusiastic in their work. In your daily work, you should be able to meet people with empathy and understanding.
