Lindeskolan, Lindesberg High School, offers a varied and broad range of both university preparatory and vocational programs. We have approximately 900 students distributed across 11 national programs and various IM programs. Our sports college provides excellent conditions for elite sports endeavors and opportunities for effective studies in all national programs.

Lindeskolan has a high proportion of qualified teachers in all subjects. The staff is divided into different working teams linked to the various programs at the school. The high school is divided into four school units, each with a responsible principal, and has a well-functioning student health team, where all professions are represented. A number of initiatives are underway regarding facilities, technical platforms, and the development of pedagogical work at the school.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Lindeskolan is looking for a teacher in natural science and character subjects for the Child and Recreation program. The role includes mentorship for a group of students. You will be part of the working team for the Child and Recreation program along with other colleagues. We see you as an important and driving force to develop both the program and the subject with students in focus and in collaboration with colleagues. Regular teacher duties are included.

QUALIFICATIONS

Licensed/qualified teacher in biology/natural science and character subjects for the Child and Recreation program at the high school level. Experience in pedagogical work is an advantage. Depending on the qualifications and/or wishes of the applicants, there may be an opportunity to partially shape the content of the position. You have good collaboration skills, take initiative, and have the willingness and ability to meet and support each student in their learning based on their knowledge level. You are a driven person who thrives on challenges and has an interest in renewal and development. Great consideration is given to personal suitability. Good IT skills, primarily within Windows and the Office suite.
