About the role

We are looking for an engaged pharmacist who wants to make a difference at our two pharmacies: the hospital pharmacy Måsen and the pharmacy Galleria Trädgården, located in the heart of Varberg's galleria.

As a pharmacist at our pharmacies in Varberg, you will play a central role in meeting our customers' needs for advice and products related to medications and health.

With us, we work as a close-knit team where you will have the opportunity to develop and grow at both pharmacies. Varberg Hospital is the region's largest hospital, giving you the chance to work with unique medications that are not available at other pharmacies.

Your main areas of responsibility

• Actively engage in your customer meetings to create added value through advice and cross-selling
• Contribute to achieving our goals regarding patient safety, quality, and sales
• Actively contribute to strengthening your team by sharing both knowledge and experiences
• Stay updated on our campaigns and contribute to our success in them
• Stay informed and knowledgeable about new products for the best customer care
• Contribute ideas and initiatives to develop our business into a pharmacy that becomes the obvious choice for our customers

Your competencies

For this position, we are looking for you who are a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy technician with a genuine interest in pharmacy and medication use.

• You are service-oriented with a genuine interest in customer interactions and have experience working with advisory sales
• You are solution-oriented, meaning you both see and act on challenges that arise
• You have good collaboration skills that contribute to creating a well-functioning team
• You stay updated on changes in the pharmacy and medication landscape
• You have experience working with considerate upselling from a service perspective

The working hours for this position are within the local pharmacy's opening hours: Pharmacy Måsen: Weekdays 08:00-19:00, weekends 10:00-17:00, and public holidays 10:00-15:00 Pharmacy Galleria Trädgården: Weekdays 10:00-18:00, Saturdays 10:00-16:00, and Sundays 12:00-16:00
