Program Structure Typically, a trainee position is offered for 3 to 6 newly graduated dental hygienists per semester. In the fall of 2025, we have a trainee position available at our clinic Smile Halmstad (https://www.smile.se/tandlakare/smile-halmstad/). Our ambitious trainee program lasts for 12 months, during which you will receive a solid educational plan combined with courses and observation opportunities with our specialists. You will work closely with your mentor who will support you throughout the year to ensure you achieve the best possible development with us at Smile.

A Typical Day as a Trainee at Smile You will be employed full-time with us and receive a salary as a dental hygienist. As a trainee, you will enjoy a range of benefits and significant development opportunities. Together with your mentor and support from your manager and the rest of the clinic, you will settle into your role as a dental hygienist. You will meet our other trainees during training sessions and may also participate in various events as a Smile representative. Time flies when you're having fun!

• Are a newly graduated dental hygienist
• Speak and write good Swedish
