Care Administration - Home Care

We who work within the care office strive to ensure that you feel safe and independent even when you can no longer manage on your own. The Care Administration is responsible for the care of people with disabilities in need of support and assistance. Services are provided in the form of special housing, home care, support and service at home, and housing with special services according to LSS, family support, and municipal home healthcare. We meet our care recipients, users, relatives, and colleagues with openness, commitment, and respect, and together we work to create a good workplace for everyone. Within the units for Home Care, we have approximately 90 employees and together we provide services for about 400 care recipients throughout Hylte municipality.

Temporary Nursing Assistants for Home Care

The role of a nursing assistant means that you will work with one of the best and most enriching tasks there is - making everyday life meaningful for our care recipients. We offer you a stimulating and responsible job where you have the opportunity to meet other people and contribute to a higher quality of life. With us, you will have a varied job where you create a good everyday life for individuals through care and support based on individual needs and wishes. This may involve assisting with dressing and undressing, transfers, personal care, and HSL interventions. As a nursing assistant in home care, you work independently but also together with others in the shared care and support work. Working in home care is an engaging job with freedom under responsibility.

To ensure safety and patient security, we require an extract from the criminal record for HVB homes upon employment in care and support. The extract must not be older than six months.

We offer a temporary position for 6 months with the possibility of extension. The work may involve part-time or full-time, as well as resource shifts at other workplaces.

To be considered for the position, you need to:

• Be an educated Nursing Assistant and preferably have experience in care and support work or other relevant experience.
• Have a care and service perspective, as well as a good ability to work independently.
• Have a good attitude, great flexibility, and the ability to collaborate in a team.
• Basic computer skills and experience with various digital aids.
