Our Workplace

In department 4 A, we work with patient-centered care in teams with doctors, nurses, nursing assistants, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists. We have 21 care places, and the department's focus is on nephrology, gastroenterology, and we strive to also have MAVA places and telemetry monitoring capabilities. Each workgroup consists of 3 employees: 1 nurse and 2 nursing assistants, managing 7-8 patients depending on occupancy rate.

With us, it is important to work across boundaries and help each other. In MAVA, our goal is to strive for short hospital stays and a quick flow. In gastro and nephrology, many patients have chronic illnesses, which requires close collaboration with outpatient clinics.

Leadership is based on presence, participation, trust, and clarity. With us, you will have the opportunity to develop at your own pace and be coached accordingly. Orientation and introduction take place according to your prerequisites.

Every other week, we have training themes in the department, which gives you the opportunity to develop in your specialty. With us, you should feel safe and supported. We also try a working method where we can increase flexibility by participating in certain training sessions and staff meetings from home via TEAMS.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse, and if you have experience in inpatient care or emergency care, we see it as an advantage, but it is not a requirement. You have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. Qualities we value include being attentive, meticulous, having good collaboration skills, working in a structured manner, having a clinical eye, and having an open mindset towards individuals' different values and beliefs. If you have a special passion for MAVA care, we see it as a positive!

With us, it is good to know a little about a lot. We value that you take initiative and have the courage to try new things, as well as having a positive outlook on modern healthcare. Valuing collegial cooperation is a given for us, as we work a lot together. Likewise, having a positive attitude towards creating the best workplace is essential.

Since we work together and consider the whole, personal suitability is a must!
