Ceciliagården is a unique organization with a social therapeutic focus. The group home is located between Järle and Ervalla, about 25 kilometers north of Örebro. The target group is individuals within LSS group 1, which includes diagnoses related to autism and/or intellectual disabilities. We take care of the farm and our animals together, and we also carry out daily activities.

Our mission is to empower each resident by providing care and support based on individual needs. Care training or education with a pedagogical focus is a requirement. Experience in similar work is an advantage, but we place great emphasis on personal suitability. A B driver's license and access to a personal vehicle are required.

Ceciliagården should be a place where everyone has a natural place, a farm for all, but especially for those who need stability, rhythm, care, and less stress. We let the seasons shape the rhythm of the farm.

Working hours are varied, including day, evening, weekend, awake night, and sleeping on-call shifts. We are looking for summer substitutes for both day/evening and awake night shifts.

We prefer that you can start the introduction now and that you are available to work full-time during the summer. For the right person, there are great opportunities for extended employment after the summer.
