Lead Installer for Electrical & Instrumentation

Bilfinger Maintenance – Who are we?

Bilfinger Maintenance is part of Bilfinger Sweden AB and specializes in the maintenance of industrial facilities. We have over 300 employees from Helsingborg in the south to Gävle in the north, and our headquarters is located in Stenungsund. We are currently in an expansive phase and are looking for more competent employees to join our team.

About the position

As a Lead Installer, you will play a key role in our workgroup consisting of approximately 20 electricians and instrumentation technicians. You will be responsible for both planning and executing electrical and instrumentation installations. Your tasks will include:

• Installation and project work of electrical and instrumentation systems.
• Leading and coordinating work teams in larger and more complex projects.
• Ensuring that installations are carried out according to applicable safety regulations and quality requirements.
• Coordinating projects and reporting work results.
• Following up and verifying new installations and commissioning.

The position is based in Stenungsund, but work across Sweden may occur, which means that travel and overtime may be necessary.

About you

We are looking for a driven and responsible person with good leadership qualities. You have solid experience as an installer in electrical and instrumentation work and enjoy taking responsibility for both your own work and your team. You are flexible and have the ability to adapt to different tasks and projects.

We would like you to have:

• Solid experience as an installer in electrical and instrumentation.
• Good leadership qualities and the ability to coordinate and plan work.
• High school education in electrical or equivalent.
• Driver's license (B).
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English.
• Experience in reading technical drawings and documentation.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Engaged and driven to grow in your role.
