Parts Specialist for Our Express Warehouse in Bandhagen

Responsibilities

We expect you as a Parts Specialist to be passionate about service 100 percent, customer-oriented, proactive, and have good knowledge of how a vehicle works. You will work with inventory management and demonstrate drive and commitment to be part of the team and achieve our goals. Sales and order management via web and phone will also be part of your tasks.

You should want and be able to engage with customers and have the ability to provide our customers with that little extra that makes them come back to us! You are a valued team player who finds it easy to work in a team and contribute to the whole. Taking responsibility for your work and your own performance is a prerequisite for working at MECA.

Main Tasks

• Actively work with sales and order reception
• Maintain good order and organize goods and products
• Drive and deliver goods with a delivery vehicle
• Ensure that deliveries and returns from customers are received in the warehouse and handled correctly
• Actively work with inventory maintenance

Qualifications

• Technical education in automotive or equivalent is an advantage
• Previous experience and knowledge of sales and order management in the automotive industry
• Proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Computer skills
• Category B driving license

It is an advantage if you have work experience from a similar industry, where automotive knowledge and experience from workshops are preferred. As a person, you have a high social ability, a positive attitude, and are solution-oriented. You are engaged, responsible, and service- and customer-focused.

Salary according to collective agreement
