Kungsängen BMM is located in Upplands-Bro municipality, which is a community with strong engagement and works in various ways for the "best of all worlds". BMM is part of a family center and is involved in other development areas in the municipality.

Organizationally, we belong to the Midwifery Clinics Stockholm North within SLSO, consisting of 14 midwifery clinics divided into 4 clusters. Clinics are located from Märsta in the north to Kungsholmen in the south. Each unit manager is responsible for 3-4 clinics, and we are about 70 employees in the organization.

The goal of the work at the Northern Midwifery Clinic is to provide the right care with a clear focus on our mission in sexual and reproductive health, as well as to work in accordance with guidelines in our own operations BMM Stockholm North and in collaboration with other healthcare providers. Collaboration occurs not only with other operations but especially within our own organization through cooperation with our sister clinics. Job description:

At the clinics, midwives work together with our doctor and the responsible unit manager.

The assignment means that the Midwife primarily cares for the woman, but in their professional practice, the child and family, youth, young adults, and older women are also included. The work at the clinic includes usual tasks such as pregnancy checks, parental support, cervical samples, both physical and digital visits related to sexual and reproductive health. The work requires broad competence and independence.

Requirements:

We are now looking for you as a licensed midwife with prescribing rights and the authority to operate within Swedish healthcare. Experience in maternal healthcare work and supervisor training is advantageous.

Familiarity with the journal systems Obstetrix and Take Care.

We are looking for someone who is flexible and can work independently but also collaborates easily with other partners and colleagues. We seek someone who enjoys working in a results- and goal-oriented manner, performs tasks with quality, and takes action where needed. Within our mission, it also involves leading, developing, and evaluating various groups, which you do not see as obstacles. In all meetings, we expect you to have a supportive and empathetic approach.

Employment:

Permanent employment. Full-time 100%. A probationary period may apply. Start date according to agreement.
