We are now looking for an engaged and knowledgeable production engineer to join our team in Örnsköldsvik!

About the position As a production engineer with us, you ensure that new products move smoothly from development to mass production. You test and improve production methods, choose the right equipment, and ensure that documentation meets quality requirements. Through your technical and social skills, you drive various projects forward.

The position is located in Örnsköldsvik, but travel to our factory in Kungsängen outside Stockholm may occur. You work closely with engineers and product developers to solve challenges in design and manufacturing at an early stage.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Review and optimize production processes before launch.
• Participate in design reviews and provide input to improve manufacturability.
• Develop, document, and implement new manufacturing processes.
• Ensure that production processes meet quality requirements and efficiency.
• Be responsible for testing and validation of new production methods.
• ERP system Monitor – For production planning and material management

About you We are looking for someone who is meticulous, self-driven, and enjoys working both independently and in teams. You like solving problems, are creative, and want to contribute to the company's development.

You are curious, structured, and driven by working in a technology-intensive environment. Additionally, you find it easy to collaborate and communicate with colleagues from different departments, both in Swedish and English. A suitable background includes practical experience in production and manufacturing, process development and improvement work, as well as cross-functional collaboration between production, development, and quality. Experience working in Monitor is an advantage.

We would like you to have one or more of the following qualifications at the YH level:

• Production engineer in the manufacturing industry
• LEAN production development
• Quality engineering and improvement work
• Automation and robotics
