ANDRITZ Hydropower at a Glance

ANDRITZ Hydropower is one of the world's leading suppliers of electromechanical equipment and services for hydropower plants in the dynamically growing global renewable energy market.

With 185 years of experience and a global installed capacity of 489 gigawatts, we offer innovative solutions for new and existing hydropower plants, from small to large-scale facilities. State-of-the-art digital solutions, comprehensive services for the operation and maintenance of entire hydropower plants. As a project manager, you will be part of a team working towards hydropower in Scandinavia. Your office in Sweden is located in Nälden.

About the Role:

Andritz Hydro delivers a wide range of products and services to both small and large hydropower plants, as well as upgrades and service for existing facilities. The company is a total supplier in its field, which distinguishes it from most of its competitors.

Together with its sister companies (and sometimes external partners), solutions for new power plants and upgrades of existing facilities are delivered.

The customers are owners of hydropower plants. Among them are large corporations operating in multiple countries, smaller municipal power companies, and some privately owned hydropower plants. The market and authorities make the need for Andritz services increasingly relevant. High power prices, focus on green energy, and the green transition lead to increased demand. Projects are complex, and no two are alike.

Deliveries from Andritz are often turnkey projects, and timely delivery, and thus cost/profit, is crucial. The time window on-site is often very limited, and longer downtimes than planned at the facility are highly undesirable.
