JOB DESCRIPTION

Kungsmadskolan needs teachers to accommodate more students this fall.

We are now looking for several teachers for permanent positions in the Common Subjects for Upper Secondary School at Kungsmadskolan. The positions are primarily in English, Swedish, Social Studies, Mathematics, and Natural Science. Different subject combinations are possible based on the applicant's qualifications. As a teacher at Kungsmadskolan, your tasks will include planning, teaching, assessment, and follow-up of courses. You will do this in collaboration with other teachers at the school, which is organized into program and subject teams. You will contribute your expertise to the overall operation and have great opportunities to be part of our development and quality work by conducting teaching at both individual and group levels, as well as actively participating in collegial learning.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who has a teaching license with qualifications for teaching at the upper secondary level. Please specify in your application which subjects you are qualified to teach at the upper secondary level.

As a person, you are structured, clear in your communication, and have an easy time building trusting relationships. You also have a conscious thought about your role as an educator and are a clear leader who works systematically according to applicable governing documents and a professional approach. You have the ability to create a good working climate with engagement, curiosity, and safety in the group, and you recognize and meet students' varying needs based on their different circumstances. You stimulate all students to develop, document their results, and inform students and guardians effectively about their learning progress. You also have a positive attitude, a flexible working style, good collaboration skills, and contribute to the development of the organization.
